Our Fees
At Classis, we believe legal costs should be clear, fair, and never a surprise. We’ll always explain our fees before starting work and provide a written agreement so you know exactly what to expect.

We provide a detailed cost estimate at the outset and keep you updated if anything changes. Wherever possible, we offer fixed fees so you can plan with confidence.
For many immigration services and straightforward legal matters, we offer a fixed price. This means you know the total cost from the start, with no hidden charges.
Examples of fixed-fee work:
For more complex or unpredictable cases, we charge an hourly rate based on the time spent working on your matter. We’ll give you an estimate of the likely hours required and keep you informed throughout.
We can work on a no win, no fee basis, meaning you don’t pay our legal fees if your claim is unsuccessful. If you win, we take an agreed percentage from the compensation you receive. We will inform you where this is the case.
We can offer fixed fees for initial letters and negotiations, with competitive rates for court proceedings and enforcement action. We'll agree the approach with you before starting work.
In some cases, there are extra costs payable to third parties—such as court fees, or expert opinions. We'll explain these in advance and only incur them with your approval.
We accept payments by bank transfer.
For longer cases, we can arrange staged payments to spread the cost.
We offer a no-obligation first consultation so you can understand your legal position and your options before committing to full representation.
