FAQs

01 Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, we offer an initial consultation to discuss your situation and explain your options

02 How much will it cost to use your services?

Costs vary depending on the type and complexity of your case. We’ll give you a clear quote before starting any work. For many cases, we offer fixed fees or “no win, no fee” arrangements (for Discretionary Commission Claims). For other matters, fees are based on the time spent and the complexity of the work. We always provide a written cost estimate before you decide to proceed.

03 What is a “no win, no fee” agreement?

You don’t pay our legal fees if your case is unsuccessful. Discretionary Commission Claims, we work under a Conditional Fee Agreement—commonly called “no win, no fee.” This means you only pay our fees if we win your case. If we don’t succeed, you don’t pay our legal costs (though you may still be responsible for some expenses, which we’ll explain clearly in advance). For Immigration work, you pay a fixed fee for the work to be carried out.

04 How long will my case take?

It depends on the type of case and how complex it is. Some matters, like straightforward visa applications or debt recovery, can be resolved in weeks. Others, such as complex claims or disputes going to court, may take several months or longer. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate at the start and keep you updated throughout.

05 What documents will I need to provide?

It depends on your case—common examples include ID, proof of address, and any evidence supporting your claim or defence. For immigration cases, you may need passports, visa records, and supporting documents. For litigation, you might need contracts, photographs, or correspondence. We’ll give you a personalised checklist at the start.

06 Will my case have to go to court?

Not always—many cases are resolved through negotiation or settlement. We aim to settle disputes quickly and cost-effectively, avoiding court where possible. However, if court proceedings are necessary to protect your rights, we will prepare your case thoroughly and represent you with skill and determination.
